What are Heishi beads?

Heishi beads are made from a vinyl polymer, usually about 1-2mm thick and 8mm in diameter. They vary slightly which adds to their charm.

What type of string are the bracelets made from?

The bracelets are all strung on .7mm stretch cording. 

What if I would like something a little different than what's shown?

We welcome your ideas for customization. Just shoot us an email with what you're looking for and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

When will I receive my order?

All bracelets are custom made and usually take 1-2 business days to produce, then are shipped via USPS, which as we know can vary these days. You will receive shipping confirmation.

How do you know what customization I want on my bracelet?

There is a box on the Shopping Cart page that says "Add a note to your order"

Enter the word, name/number, or initials (3 in the exact order you'd like them) there. Words and names/numbers have a limit of 9 characters.

I am sending this as a gift - do you offer gift packaging?

We think of every ColorSpark Design as a gift and each order is sent in a bright  purple organza bag.
